How does this work?
There are two ways for us to service your device:
Drop-off
- You come to our location and drop the unit off.
- We diagnose the problem and provide an estimate.
- You can decide to continue with the repair or get the unit back for no charge whatsoever.
Pick-up
- We come to your location and pick the unit up.
- We diagnose the problem and provide an estimate.
- If you decide not to repair we charge a pick-up service fee and return the unit.
